I’m Chris Novick, founder of Master Your Fitness and a passionate advocate for helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in personal training, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from children and beginners to older adults, athletes, and individuals recovering from injuries. Wherever you're starting from, I’m here to guide you toward sustainable, long-term results.

The Back Story

My journey into fitness started with sports like baseball, basketball, and eventually martial arts. As I trained, I became fascinated by how strategic movement, nutrition, and mindset could transform the body. That curiosity turned into a career when I began studying different training methods—bodybuilding, rehab, strength, and performance—and applied them to real people with real results.

I’ve spent thousands of hours working one-on-one with clients, helping them lose over 100 pounds of fat, build lean muscle, overcome injuries, and gain back their confidence—often after feeling like traditional fitness programs had failed them.

My Philosophy
